Can I change accountants during the financial year?
Yes. We contact your previous accountant, as the profession's rules require, and organise the handover of your file: trial balances, pending returns, bank access. The timetable takes into account the notice period in your current engagement letter.
How much does an engagement cost?
Fees are set out in the engagement letter, after the diagnostic meeting. They depend on the volume of transactions, the legal form and the services you choose. Any work outside the agreed scope requires your prior approval.
How do I send you my documents?
Your accounts are kept on an online platform: bank statements are synchronised and invoices can be uploaded from a computer or a phone. No more binders to hand over.
Who handles my file?
Louis Pagniez, French chartered accountant (expert-comptable) and co-founder of the firm. He signs off your accounts and is the person you call during the year.
Do you work with English-speaking clients?
Yes. Meetings and written exchanges can take place in English. Statutory filings and accounts remain in French, as French law requires, and we explain them to you.
Do you work remotely?
Yes. Most of the work is done online: shared platform, exchanges and meetings by video call. We support business owners in Île-de-France, in Hauts-de-France and throughout France.
